Women’s +- Menopause Community

Lohotot Me(h)rageel is a supportive Israeli women’s community in New York for ages 45± , offering a safe, warm, and intimate space to discuss and navigate the midlife transition. Founded by Michal Zussman and Iris Carmel, what began as a small initiative has grown into a vibrant community of more than 500 women.

Midlife and perimenopause often bring physical and emotional changes sometimes years before or after menopause. The community provides knowledge and practical tools to cope with symptoms such as mood changes, sleep difficulties, hot flashes, fatigue, hair loss, decreased libido, and more.

The program includes:

· Two WhatsApp groups (one active, one for admin updates only).

· Monthly gatherings with Israeli physicians and certified experts in women’s health, nutrition, fitness, hormonal balance, mental health, relationships, beauty, and styling.

· A supportive network of women who understand exactly what you’re going through.

This community helps women move through this stage of life with clarity, balance, and strength.
