Roni Jacobson

Roni Jacobson is a seasoned business executive who has spent her career growing small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. As the Chief Operating Officer of Moore Holdings, Roni leads the firm’s businesses across North America, driving revenue and streamlining operations. She began her career as a corporate attorney advising early-stage companies and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Roni serves on the boards of several New York City-based non-profits, including Concerts in Motion, The City Parks Foundation, and The Community Initiative for Holocaust Survivors. Roni lives in Manhattan with her husband and three children.

   

Meshi Harish Wolf

Meshi Harish Wolf is a former attorney who led the Personal Matters/Family Affairs Division with the Central District Attorney of Israel. She later transitioned into education, teaching and coordinating the civic education program at Tichonet High School in Israel. Meshi also participates in Israeli non-profit organizations that promote education for underprivileged children and youth. In 2022, Meshi moved to New York and became a leader in the pro-democracy Israeli movement in the United States. She later joined the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, advocating for the return of Israelis held hostage. After October 7th, Meshi joined the Israeli Hug Center to assist Israeli families in need. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law, as well as a degree in education. Meshi is married to Arnon and has three sons.

   

Noa Kolp

Noa Kolp is an Executive Director at JPMorgan’s Technology Banking and Innovation Economy department. Prior to JPMorgan, Noa served as a Senior Vice President (SVP) at IDB Bank, where she launched the technology banking department and venture debt practice. In this role, she built a team of bankers and developed a portfolio of hundreds of startups. Before her banking career, Noa gained extensive experience across multiple industries, serving as a GM at a SaaS company, VP of Business Development at a major fashion brand, and as an economics and business journalist for over a decade. Noa holds a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, and Journalism from Columbia University. She lives in New York with her partner and four children.

   

Dr. Vered Bar, Psy.D.

Dr. Vered Bar, Psy.D., is a mother of Kfir and Noa, a senior consultant, lecturer, and expert in group dynamics within organizations and large groups. For over thirty years, she has combined executive consulting at the C-suite level with academic teaching and professional lectures. In the past decade, she has taught in master’s programs in Social Psychology and Business Administration at Reichman University. Dr. Bar is the author of “The Split Whole” (Resling) and the chapter “Me and My Otherness” (Routledge). Since the war, she has volunteered in centers across Israel and New York, providing psychological support and resilience training. Alongside her academic and consulting work, she is also an artist and has exhibited her work. She lives in New York with her husband and children.
