Pregnancy Circle
These sessions provide an intimate, educational, and embracing space for mothers-to-be. The meetings focus on the pregnancy experience—the emotions and thoughts that arise—and on understanding the expected processes in the coming weeks for both the mother and the baby developing within her.
The program covers physical aspects (such as movement, healthy nutrition, and holistic treatments) as well as the emotional preparation for birth and parenthood. It provides information and tools to help navigate the pregnancy experience as pleasantly and safely as possible. While each session is dedicated to a specific topic, we maintain the flexibility and openness for participants to raise any current challenges or questions, receive support, and enjoy an open discussion.
These gatherings serve as fertile ground for participants to create their own support circle and friendships, which will accompany them not only throughout their pregnancy but also during the postpartum period.
